Renovation of a mixed-use development in Creswell, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a 19,900-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and 22,200-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
As of April 26, 2024, school board has approved a construction manager/general contractor. Construction is expected for Summer 2024. Creswell School District (Owner) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Creswell High School Gymnasium.
