Last Day for EWEB to Receive Questions March 9, 2023 The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids for professional construction services for culvert improvements at three separate locations along EWEB's Carmen-Smith transmission line, including CMP and fish passage pipe arch installation. There are several restrictions on the construction window that must be considered, but generally the work is expected to occur in June, July, or August.
