WF Veterans Memorial Arena - Capital Improvements Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager by the West Fargo Park District to facilitate the construction of the Veterans Memorial Arena Capital Improvements at West Fargo Veterans Arena. 1. This project consists of locker room, HVAC improvements, and other capital improvements with a combined area of approximately 87,000 square feet. 2. The work will be constructed in one (1) phase in accordance with the Project Schedule. 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal. We look forward to receiving your Proposal and would like to extend our appreciation for your participation in advance of receiving your proposal on the enclosed Bid Form. 4.
