The scope of work was limited to suspect asbestos-containing materials that may impacted by planned renovations within the locker rooms, storage room, staff area, & staff restroom. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond, a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon faithful performance of the contract and payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials, shall be executed by the successful bidder and accompany the signed contract. There is a planned visit to the project site. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. It will be considered in the evaluation of bids.
