Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dubuque, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 225,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Plans call to demolish the current school and build a 225,000-square-foot facility on the current athletic field. A detailed scope has not been released. This project is part of the school district’s bond. As of October 14, 2025, the bond referendum election will be held on November 4, 2025, with early voting April 22-30, 2024. It is currently unknown if an architect, construction manager, and general contractor have been contracted with the school district. Construction is slated to begin in December of 2026, with completion date of June 2029.
