Renovation of a military facility in Dubuque, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a new 135,000 BTU 5 Ton HVAC system for the unaccompanied personnel housing at the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Wyaconda. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW) and conduct a site visit to take field measurements and evaluate existing conditions. A pre-conference will be held after contract award and before work begins. All work must be completed in accordance with the SOW. This is a firm-fixed price purchase order set aside 100% for small business, and will be awarded to the lowest reasonable price technically acceptable bidder. Contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov and provide the representations prescribed in clause 52.236-1 in Section III of the contract format document.
