Scope The work to be performed consists, in general, of installing a complete Traffic Signal and Lighting System at the intersection of Young Street and Harris Road. The project also consists of removing an existing street light, traffic pavement striping and marking modifications, access ramps, removal of existing roadside signs and installation of new roadside signs. All questions must be received by the CITY in written form on the form provided no later than 10:00 A.M. seven calendar days prior to the scheduled bid opening. This will allow time to respond to the question and/or to issue an addendum to all contractors addressing the question.
