Site work for a water / sewer project in New Hartford, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of New Hartford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Sauquoit Creek Sewer Line Crossing The Project includes the following Work: The installation of approximately 80 feet of 8- inch gravity sewer, a 4-inch diameter manhole, and approximately 100 feet of 12-inch gravity sewer crossing in a 24-inch carrier pipe crossing Sauquoit Creek, and encased in concrete, with connections to the existing sewer at each end. Also included is a temporary stream diversion, installation of an instream rock vein, streambank reinforcement, and floodplain bench grading and planting. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
