As of March 31, 2023, project was awarded to El Grande Industries, LLC, awarded amount is $88,733.50. 1810 SY Milling 7 4u8221 Depth; 340 SY Road Widening Stone Base; 75 SY Soft Area Repair (25mm Binder); 310 TN 3u8221 19.0mm Binder Course; 155 TN 1u189 u8221 9.5mm Wearing Course; Grass and Gravel Restoration; and other specified work u8211 all quantities approximate. Bids must be accompanied by satisfactory security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to "New Alexandria Borough." Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the form provided. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening thereof. Contractor is to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955 as amended, and follow all applicable CD C and Pa. Dept. of Health guidelines and orders. As per Act 89 of 2013, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages Rates apply for public road projects of $100,000 or more.
