For the following: 100 ton more or less of 2 RC stone 200 ton more or less of #8 stone 200 ton more or less of #57 stone 200 ton more or less of #3 stone 1000 ton more or less of 2A stone 100 ton more or less of R6 stone 100 ton more or less of #1 stone 300 ton more or less of AntiSkid (Type AS2) All items are to be bid FOB and delivered. 2A stones to be bid tailgate spread. All materials must conform to PA specifications 408 dated 1990 and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid. The municipality reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible bid or to accept or reject any or all proposals that it deems to be in the best interest of the Township.
