Location Lycoming, Clinton, Sullivan & Tioga/Bradford County, Pennsylvania For the following contracts: Aggregate Contract: Accepting bids for the following aggregates: 200 Ton of #1 Coarse Aggregate; 2,500 Ton of 2A Subbase; 500 Ton of 2RC Subbase; 300 Ton #57 Course Aggregate; 300 Ton of #8 Course Aggregate (Type B); 100 Ton of Gabion Rock (4" to 8"); 80 Ton of R-5 Rock. Performance bond in the amount of 10% of contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
