The Project consists of a base bid to install a 307-ft long paved bike path from the existing trailhead adjacent to the railroad tracks and Weis that then proceeds to Allegheny Street. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. PA prevailing wage rates apply to this contract. Doc notes - Bidding Documents must be obtained from the following website. Interested parties are required to register on the website for the ability to view and/or acquire the Bidding Documents for the Project. It is the responsibility of any person or organization interested in obtaining printed copies of the Bidding Documents to pay all costs associated with printing. Contact the Issuing Office with any questions pertaining to access and use of the website. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. B. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. The Project consists of a base bid to remove and reinstall fencing, install a 350-ft long paved trail, and install a new gate and sign. This project is bounded by private property on the east side
