r firehydrant replacements inthe Town of Concrete,within Skagit County, WA.Proposed improvements include: project temporary traffic control, removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation including haul, hydrant assembly, aggregate installation and compaction,seeded laws, and otherwork, all in accordancewith the Contract Plans,Contract Provisions, andthe Standard Specifications. This project is being funded with local Town funds. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bidproposal deposit in cash,certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
