Last Day for Questions is February 17, 2023, by 5 p.m. and the last addendum, if necessary, will be issued on or about February 20, 2023. 1. Project Location: 300 Pine Street, Glenville, WV 26351 2. Directions: From Interstate I-79 take the Burnsville Exit 79 and head West on WV Rt. 5 to the intersection of Route 119/33 (North Lewis Street). Turn left on on.Route 119/33 and travel one half mile to roundabout. Turn right and take exit towards Mineral Road and immediate left on Center Street. Turn Left onto Walnut Street and travel one half mile to School Road/Pine Street and Gilmer County Middle High School is on the right. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Renovation of the existing Wood Shop Classroom into an Animal Processing Classroom. B. The Work for this project consists of but is not limited to, general requirements, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, steel doors and frames, hollow metal windows, door hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum wall board, acoustical panel ceilings, resinous flooring and base, painting, canopy covers, food service equipment, mechanical and electrical work as indicated in the contract documents.
