Renovation of a municipal facility in Glenville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is partially funded by the West Virginia Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority. The scope of work will consist of providing and installing windows and doors at the Gilmer County Jailhouse, located next to the Courthouse. Bids should include: -Site preparation -Installation -22 windows -3 doors Pursuant to Chapter 21-Article 11 of the “West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act” of 1991, all Contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the State; the Contractor’s W.V. License Number must be affixed to all submitted construction Bids and fully executed and binding construction Contracts or Agreements. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
