Site work for a water / sewer project in Glenville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Approximately 700 linear feet of 30-inch HDPE storm sewer line. Approximately 940 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE storm sewer line. Twenty-one (21) storm sewer structures. Approximately 1,420 square yards of asphalt overlay with milling. Approximately 450 linear feet of 8-inch, cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP). Other storm sewer line components, including connection the existing storm sewer line, connection of the existing downspouts/yard drains to the proposed storm sewer line, demolition of the existing drop inlet structure, erosion matting, pavement replacement and riprap channel. Construction time limit for the contract is 180 consecutive calendar days. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Glenville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. City of Glenville reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions received less than 7 working days prior to Bid Opening may not be answered. End of Business on September 27, 2024
