Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Glenville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves fabrication and installation of new metal guards and handrails along exterior pedestrian stairs, ramps, and pathways in the Pioneer Way public plaza. Installation of site lighting fixtures and wiring is also included. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be also be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds signed by a West Virginia agent.
