Vincennes University, (hereinafter called the "Owner"), invites proposals for the Aviation Technology Center, Data Cabling Installation project at Vincennes University, Indianapolis, Indiana, on the bid form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following: Installation of data cabling for wireless access points, building security cameras, and FAA training security cameras. While Contractor shall coordinate schedule with Owner, to accommodate building occupants, no overtime or premium time work will be needed. A. Base Bid #1: 1. Provide for new CAT6 data cabling for new wireless access points (WAP's); 2. Patch/repair & final surface restoration all affected walls, ceiling, etc.; 3. WAP's shall be provided by Owner & installed by Contractor. B. Base Bid #2: 1. Provide for new CAT6 data cabling for new & existing security cameras; 2. Patch/repair & final surface restoration all affected walls, ceiling, etc.; 3. Security cameras shall be provided & installed by Owner. C. Base Bid #3: 1. Provide for new CAT6 data cabling for new FAA training cameras; 2. Patch/repair & final surface restoration all affected walls, ceiling, etc.; 3. FAA training cameras shall be provided & installed by Owner. Bid results - Base Bid 1 - C-Cat, Inc. - $24,158.00 Base Bid 2 - Wired Communications - $7,840.00 Base Bid 3 - Wired Communications - $4,480.00
