Renovation of a municipal facility in Granbury, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Plans consist of a renovation of offices and administrative areas on Level 1. As of April 26, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded. They are currently seeking all trades. This project is for the interior renovation of the City Hall Building for the City of Granbury. Work will include the relocation of existing walls, removal of wallpaper and repainting a significant portion of the building, new ballistic wall panels and transaction windows and modification of MEP systems to accommodate those changes. Construction is expected to begin in May 2023 and be complete in Fall 2023. Please send all questions to bids@levercon.us.
