**As of May 23, 2023 project will rebid next week.** The work generally includes construction of a new water treatment plant (WTP) and water distribution system improvements to replace the existing WTP and water distribution system for Rolling Hills Water Service (RHWS) located within Hood County, Texas Base Bid: Installation of approximately 5,152 LF of 4-inch, 230 LF of 2-inch ASTM D2241 PVC water supply line, valves, service reconnections, pavement replacement and associated appurtenances. Additive Alternate Bid A: Installation of approximately 1,075 LF of 4-inch ASTM D2241 PVC water supply line by open cut and 465 LF of 4-inch HDPE water supply line by HDD, valves, service reconnections, pavement replacement and associated appurtenances. Additive Alternate Bid B: Installation of approximately 2,510 LF of 4-inch ASTM D2241 PVC water supply line, valves, service reconnections, pavement replacement and associated appurtenances. Additive Alternate Bid C: Installation of approximately 1,578 LF of 4-inch, 704 LF of 3-inch, and 553 LF of 2- inch ASTM D2241 PVC water supply line, valves, service reconnections, pavement replacement and associated appurtenances. Additive Alternate Bid D: New water service connections, replacing existing water service connections with new water meters and boxes, as well as installing new water meters at previously unserved locations.
