Design phase engineering services associated with Project Number MS1- 00008, Harper Tower Maintenance/Coatings. The consultant will evaluate the existing conditions of the tank, design rehabilitation construction documents, and provide construction phase services. The City of Lawrence, Kansas will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. Bidders must register as a plan holder to receive addenda. Bidders must be in GOOD STANDING with the City. Douglas County & the State of Kansas The City reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the bids received. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
