Reference number : 1691363 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: No PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - HEALTH NETWORK MASTER PLAN REVISION The City of Lac-Mégantic is requesting submissions for the revision of its master plan for its sanitary sewer system. The documents necessary for the preparation and submission of the submission are available on the website . Tenders will be opened at the same location immediately after the tender closing time. The opening is public and will take place in front of at least two witnesses having no interest in connection with the contract concerned. Bids received by facsimile will not be accepted. The deadline for receiving complaints is before 10 a.m., March 2, 2023 . The person designated to receive complaints is Ms. Nancy Roy, clerk at Ville Lac-Mégantic: graft@ville.lac-megantic.qc.ca . A security deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid in the form of a certified check or a bid bond must be attached to the bid. This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and to the Quebec Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement. The City of Lac-Mégantic does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any obligation towards the tenderer(s). The City reserves the right to modify the quantities without recourse for the tenderer(s). All tenders must be valid for the period of 90 days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
