Job No. C-20-002-23, Program Manager CREATE Program (75th Street CIP Project), Various Counties, Bureau of Railroads. This project requires 20% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 25, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Intermodal Project Implementation (OIPI) Office in Chicago. Phase II and III engineering services are required for long-term maintenance oversight services for the CREATE Program in Illinois. The Program Manager (PM) will manage the CREATE 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project (75th Street CIP) and will report to the current CREATE Program Manager. The estimated engineering fee for this project is $3,000,000. The completion date for this contract will be 36 months after authorization to proceed. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the following categories to be considered for this project: Special Services (Construction Inspection) Transportation Studies (Railway Engineering) Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
