Curb and Gutter Bid was awarded to Rennhack Construction for $118,400.20 and Sidewalk Bid was awarded to T&M Construction for $11,442.00 Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: City of Reedsburg 2023 Curb and Gutter Contract 'A' - to include: Construction of approximately 3,800 L.F. of 24" curb and gutter at various locations in the City of Reedsburg on an on-call basis, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents City of Reedsburg 2023 Sidewalk Repair Program Area Contract 'B' to include: Remove and replace of approximately 400 S.F. of sidewalk in the sidewalk program area on an on-call basis, restoration of work area with topsoil, seeding and mulching and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the contract documents. All Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The City of Reedsburg reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.29 and 66.293, Wisconsin Statutes.
