Summit County Government is receiving sealed bids for the SCP23-03 FDR on Various County Roads. This project includes the following items of work: A full depth reclaimation on the following Rds: 1. Forest Canyon Rd (CR 63), 2. 154' of Piney Acres Circle (CR 77), 3. Lacey Dr (CR 1297), 4. Forest Hills Dr (CR 450). This project also includes Rebuilding the intersection at Evergreen and Piney Acres Cir to improve walkabilty. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirement of Summit County and the public interest The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive bid.
