Renovation of a parking garage in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Fair Haven Park Lighting Tap Ta 20(6) and Park-and-Ride Improvement Tap Ta 20(8) For this Proposal the Engineers Estimate falls between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Town of Fair Haven for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. During the advertisement phase of this project all questions shall be addressed solely to Brian Breslend, 6 Green Tree Drive, South Burlington, VT 05403 and 802-878-7661 (bbreslend@dubois-king.com). Questions are due on April 14th, 2023 at 4:30 pm *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work to be performed under this project includes redesign of the parkand-ride including new sidewalk, curbing and bioretention area.
