The City of South Burlington is seeking a contractor to perform landscaping and maintenance activities in the South Burlington City Center area (i.e. Market Street right of way, Market Street Stormwater Pond in City Center Park, Iby Street Bioretention Area, and 180 Market Street) and in Szymanski Park (off of Andrews Avenue). Work to be performed includes spring clean-up, bed / plant maintenance, fall clean-up, annual plantings, and fall decorating. Questions on this RFP must be submitted in writing to Adam Cate via email (acate@southburlingtonvt.gov) before February 2, 2023. Questions received after this date will not receive a response. Answers to questions will be posted before 3:00 pm on February 8th and included with this bid advertisement on the City Bid and RFP Opportunities electronically.
