All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents and their addenda, if applicable. Timeline The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the work site, from July 3, 2023 . The start date of the work is July 03, 2023 . The date of taking possession before the end of the work (early) for this project is fixed at -- . The date of receipt with reservation of the work is September 22, 2023 . This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than Oct. 13, 2023 , i.e. 21 days following the date of receipt with reservation of the work. Acceptance without reservation of the works is scheduled for 12 Dec. 2024 , i.e. sixty (60) days following the end date of the deficiency correction period. Reserve The School Service Center reserves the right not to accept any of the submissions received. *Award is subject to final approval.
