Hurricane Ida Interior Repairs & Roof Replacement, Golden Meadow Site LA-80-1, Cut Off Site LA-80-4, Greenville Street Site LA-80-2 #4 A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of Lafourche Parish, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Liquidated damages shall be assessed for every day beyond the date of completion, as established in the Supplementary / Special Conditions, in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per consecutive calendar day.
