Request for Quotes: The City of Tualatin is requesting quotes for the purchase and turnkey installation of a 12.5 Ton Packaged Rooftop Gas Heat & Electric Cooling Unit, more particularly described in the specifications available in the planholder documents. This is an informal solicitation and the City reserves the right to not award a contract and to reissue this Request for Quotes at a later date. Criteria for Award: The City shall award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to negotiate modifications to the services requested in order to make the quote more advantageous to the City. Notice of Award: As this is an informal solicitation and ORS 279B.135 is inapplicable, the City may issue a Notice of Award immediately after determining the apparent lowest responsible bidder.
