Renovation of a transportation facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the high-pressure steam distribution piping, pressure reducing station, heat exchanger, and associated condensate return equipment and piping; between Terminal 1, through the F-Bridge and into F-Concourse. Additionally, this project includes ductwork and associated controls and diffusers, lighting, fire protection and an ACT ceiling. Also, gyp bd soffits, general gyp bd patch/repair and carpet patch/repair. Definition: An Alternate is an amount proposed by Bidders and stated on the Bid Form that will be added to the Base Bid amount if the MAC decides to accept a corresponding addition or change in either scope of work or in products, materials, equipment, systems or installation methods described in the Contract Documents. C. Coordination: Coordinate related Work and modify or adjust adjacent Work as necessary to ensure that Work affected by each accepted Alternate is complete and fully integrated into the project. Costs for the coordination, modification, or adjustments necessary for each alternate are included in the costs for each Alternate. Refer to the corresponding individual section(s) for requirements of each Alternate.
