**As of May 25, 2023, project was awarded to Lee Construction Company, awarded amount is $1,165,352.50.** This project consists of repairs on seven bridge locations (Yadkin Dr, Garner Rd, Rainwater Rd, Aurora Dr, Ashe Ave, Proctor St and Ingram Dr) within the City of Raleigh. The project will be directed by the Department of Transportation Manager or Designee. The Contractor shall complete the work in this contract in strict accordance with City Standards. The City will answer all questions in addenda to the bid and post on the IPS website. No proposal will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing, the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. In the alternative, a five percent (5%) bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the proposal. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and must comply with nondiscrimination provisions.
