Work of the contract includes: 1. Replacement of existing Lift Station 22 wastewater pump station located on 34th Street North in Texas City, Texas. 2. Base Bid for Lift Station 22 Includes: Demolition of existing basin, Construction of new wet well, Installation of 3 City-purchased submersible pumps, installing new slide rails for each pump, new discharge piping, install new City-purchased control panel and accessories, wall liner, and other related work as indicated on the drawings and the Bid Form. The three pumps, the control panel, and other accessories have been pre-purchased by the City of Texas City in order to expedite the schedule of the project. Included as an appendix to the contract documents is information on the scope of items that have been pre-purchased. The deadline to ask questions is 3/06/2023 5:00 PM CST.
