The scope of the Project will include: Construction of a new CTE Building; Modernization of existing Building 400 - Vocational Arts Building; Construction of a new Adult Transition Program Building; the removal and replacement of existing Relocatable Buildings 129, 130, 131 & 132; Demolition of existing wood shop, auto shop and metal shop; Demolition and removal of existing (9) portable buildings and associated utilities and sitework including but not limited to new concrete, AC paving, fencing, gates and landscape. The Project construction cost is estimated to be between $17,000,000.00 - $17,500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractors that intend to submit a Response to the RFQ/P must prequalify with the District by submitting the District's Prequalification Questionnaire through QualityBidders, on or before March 21, 2023; hold a Class B Contractors License that is current, valid, and in good standing with the California Contractor's State License Board, and meet the minimum project requirements noted within the RFQ/P. Contractors that have prequalified within a year of the deadline for the submittal of Proposals set forth in the schedule in the RFQ/P do not need to submit the Prequalification Questionnaire.
