No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or no reason, and to waive informalities. The successful bidder shall be notified by the Owner of award by mail, and said successful bidder shall within ten days thereafter, execute the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor (EJCDC C-522, 2016 Edition).
