Replacement ofprimary clarifier 3 and 4 mechanism, drive, scum baffle, weir, bridge, drive platform and handrail. 2. Repair and replacement, of the grout at the clarifier floor slab. 3. General concrete and grout rehab of the structure to includecrack repair, structural repairs and the application of various sealants and coating systems. 4. Rehab of the influent sewer pipe using cured-in-place pipe. This contract has seventy-five (75) working days to substantially complete the work. A suspension of contract time will be included to account for equipment lead times. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer, or Marc Cawley at 509-249-6854. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check., payable to the order of the Treasurer of the City ofYakima for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accomipanied by such deposit, to be forfeited to the City of Yakima in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a Contract with the City for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement.
