“The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companie. A Request for Proposals for design build companies has not yet been established.” The scope of work is to add a water play area at the Montgomery Pool Park in order to provide an attractive and functional space for which the community can gather and recreate safely. As of July 30, 2025, this project is in GC bidding. An engineer has been selected. Per the owner, an RFP for design/build services has been issued. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
