If the College has an emergency closing on this date and time, the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held at the same hour and in the same location on the next business day when the College is open. Proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the form of bid to be supplied by the Purchasing Agent and no bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual bid opening thereof. The Board of Trustees of Ramapo College reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Bidder must have State of New Jersey certifications: Department of Labor Public Works Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
