Site work for a water / sewer project in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Bluebell Beach Pump Station Rebuild The contractor will provide the following as part of this contract: 1) Decommission old station and remove all piping from existing wet well. 2) Remove old "doghouse" pre-fab station from existing manhole. 3) Remove flat top manhole section from wet well and place onto manhole that "doghouse" was removed from. 4) If needed, pour leveling course of 3500 psi concrete in wet well for new pump base. 5) Install new pump base, discharge piping, guide rails, guide rail bracket, and related equipment into existing wet well. (ALL FASTNERS WITHIN WET WELL SHALL BE STAINLESS STEEL). 6) Install new 2' manhole section extension and new access hatch onto existing wet well manhole. 7) Install new discharge gate valve and check valve into existing manhole next to wet well and connect piping between new discharge piping from wet well. 8) Contractor is responsible for all permits required for the work described above.
