Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Alcoa, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work includes but is not limited to the following: The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and tools, and miscellaneous services required for the construction and completion of the Project; and submission of material submittals, forms, applications, equipment warranties/registration and other documents, as required by applicable regulatory authorities. SCOPE OF WORK The FAA requires modifications to the four (4) GP-1 towers supporting runway 5L Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with Runway Alignment Indicator Lights (MALSR) light bars located at the McGhee Tyson Airport. The MALSR Stations to be modified are 18+00, 20+00, 22+00 and 24+00. The modifications generally include changes to the platform access gate, platform base, and the safety fall protection device. Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time, Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at the Airport Maintenance Center, 2950 Airfield Service Drive, Building 510, Alcoa, TN. Question Deadline 03/10/2023 at 4:30 PM ET Every request for interpretation or for additional information regarding this RFB shall be made in writing.
