Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project is described as: Installation of trash receptacles in multiple parks in San Francisco. Installation of Concrete Pads 1. Installation of (21) 6' x 6' x 6" deep concrete slabs. The concrete pads occur at various parks per the list included in this bid, e.g., not all of the parks require pads. Contractor responsible for minor grading and soil removal (including offhaul) to allow for level concrete pad. No rebar or aggregate base is required. Soil subbase to be compacted to 95% compaction. Installation of Trash Receptables 1. Installation of (71) trash receptacles across multiple parks per the list included. Trash receptacles to be bolted to the ground per the manufacturer's specifications. Disposal of (40) existing trash receptacles at multiple sites. Note the trash receptacles vary in type and material--metal or concrete. TRADES REQUESTED: DEMO | CONCRETE | ASPHALT and PAVING All questions regarding this project are due no later than Thursday, February 9, 2023 by 5pm.
