Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in West York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of November 20, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed at this time. For 2023 Roadway Improvements - Contract No. 1 (MS-944) CLARIFICATION DEADLINE: 3/1/2023 5:00 PM Contract No. 1 (MS-944) - Supply and installation of Ultra-thin bonded wearing course. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Spring Garden Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid only for Contract No. 1. The successful bidder for Contract No. 1, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. The successful bidder for Contract No. 2, when awarded a contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Spring Garden Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
