Site work and paving for a civil project in West York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of, but not be limited to replacing existing storm sewer piping, inlets, manholes, minor grading, and pavement restoration. A bid bond or certified check made payable to North York Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders should refer to Federal and State statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247.
