Site work and paving for a civil project in Wellsville, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As per the Owner all bids have been rejected. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information The project includes the installation of 6", 8" and 10" PVC water main to be installed along Main Street (SR101) and 300 East. The work includes but is not limited to all excavation, trenching, reconnecting existing water laterals, roadway surface patching, landscape restoration and all civil work as indicated on the construction drawings. Main Street is a UDOT controlled right-of-way and will require coordination with UDOT Region 1. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. Hyrum City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or items within a bid, at its sole discretion and for any reason. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed in Utah or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license at the time of award.
