No definite date for the rebid.** The Work includes construction of approximately 1.8 miles of 24 inch to 36-inch diameter PVC pipeline to replace the remaining open section of an existing irrigation canal. The pipeline construction will include all associated appurtenances and turnouts for irrigation shareholders, as well as modifications to selected turnouts installed during Phase I. The Work also includes connecting the new pipeline to an existing 36-inch section, removing existing culverts, completing three road crossings, and backfilling abandoned portions of the existing canal. In addition to the pipeline, the Project includes construction of a pump station consisting of a 192-foot by 8-foot by 9-foot regulating water tank, three 4-foot diameter wet wells connected to the regulating tank, a 700-foot, 15-inch diameter drain pipeline from the regulating tank to the Lower Canal, and 2,200 feet of three 3-inch diameter electrical conduits with a transformer vault. The pump station will also include installation of pumps, a pump station manifold, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and structural appurtenances required for a complete and functional system.
