900 East Waterline Extension Project The Project consists of installing 780 lf of 12" PVC C900 waterline with an 82 lf bore of 24" steel piping beneath UPRR right-of-way and is generally located at 900 East between Main Street and 400 North. The City will be paying for all railroad flagging, observing, and UPRR permits. A final UPRR work plan will be completed in coordination with the City and the Awarded Contractor and then submitted to RailPros. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
