Wellsville-Mendon Conservation District (WMCD) delivers irrigation water via two conveyance canals to about 4,658 acres of agricultural land as well as municipal and industrial land on the west side of the Little Bear River between Hyrum Reservoir and SR 30. The smaller Upper Canal has been partially piped to date. The plan is to enclose the remainder of the Upper Canal this offseason and install a pump station to pressurize the full Upper Canal system. The pump station will consist of three pumps. We are requesting pricing and specifications for three Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for the pumps and a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to help us determine what will be the best option for our system. We are also requesting the price for installing the VFDs and SCADA system. Questions pertaining to this request for price shall be directed to the same email address. The provider will be selected based on a combination of competitive pricing, pump performance, desired features, and reliable services. WMCD may choose to interview certain providers to learn more about their products. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
