Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes providing all design, materials, labor, equipment, tools and supervision required to construct the Bow Creek Stormwater Park - Section I and appurtenant facilities as specified herein and shown on the Contract Drawings. The work will include, but not be limited to: erosion and sediment control; clearing and grubbing; demolition and disposal of existing facilities; excavation and disposal of spoil; groundwater control; filling and compaction; erection of the walkways, bridge and Overlook; installation of paths and roadways; installation of water, sewer and storm drain piping; installation of sporting amenities; installation of signage; and planting and maintenance of vegetation.
