**As of April 06, 2023, project was awarded to JPennsy Supply, Inc, awarded amount is $409,058.80.** For the following In Place Superpave Asphalt Mixtures: 4,760 tons 9.5 mm Wearing Course PG 64-22 and for the following: Milling 5,000 feet This project is subject to prevailing wages and Act 127 of 2012, the Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid made payable to the Township. All bidders must furnish a non-collusion affidavit and a PennDOT Approved Mixture Formula. Both payment and performance bonds must be supplied by the successful bidder in the amount of 100% of the bid. The South Lebanon Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all proposals and to reject any or all proposals.
