The choice of the successful bidder will be made following the recommendations of a selection committee, according to the evaluation criteria described in the contract documents. All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and at the toll-free number 1 866 669-7326 for residents living outside. Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. CONTRACT LENGTH The contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of 36 months from the date of award. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date. and the deadline for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
